Using VidMake AI
These terms describe use of VidMake AI at https://vidmakeai.com. By using the service, you agree to these conditions. Keep your account credentials secure, use accurate account information, and report suspected unauthorised access through support tickets after signing in.
What the generator provides
The service processes generation requests through AI Video API, OpenRouter, and upstream AI processing partners. All three studio modes offer Basic (up to 15 seconds at 480p/720p) or Pro (4–30 seconds, up to 1080p). Pro also supports six aspect ratios, optional image end frames and video references up to 30 seconds. Video to Video accepts one reference video and up to four visual reference images. Basic Video to Video starts at 26 credits per output second, with higher quotes for some longer references and higher resolutions; Pro includes reference and output duration in the quote. Audio adds no fee. Reference-guided generation does not guarantee exact frame-by-frame edits. The Roadster template uses Basic at 720p, 9:16 with generated sound; its quote includes reference and output duration.
The tool does not currently provide a long-form editor, automatic subtitles, a researched script, guaranteed exact dialogue, 4K output, or automatic social posting. Generation can take time, be rejected, or fail. Images, movement, text, audio, faces, and product details can be inaccurate. Review the entire result before using it. Availability depends on VidMake AI and its upstream providers.
Credits, purchases, and subscriptions
Monthly plans and one-time packs cost USD $0.01 per credit. Yearly plans cost 20% less than 12 monthly payments and include the same total credits; the full annual fee is charged upfront, and all annual credits are issued after successful payment. Annual subscriptions renew yearly until canceled. The generator displays the required credits before submission based on the selected duration and resolution. The server determines the charge; changing a browser-displayed value does not change the price. A new generation, including a revised take, can use additional credits.
The pricing page and checkout identify the product, charge, currency, and billing interval you select. Subscription products can create recurring charges according to that checkout. Review the confirmation and your account's subscription settings. A one-time credit pack is a separate purchase. Credits are service usage units, not a promise of cash redemption or a guaranteed number of satisfactory videos. Pricing or available products may change for future purchases; review the current catalog before paying.
Failed and pending jobs
Credits are reserved by deduction when an accepted generation task is created. A job confirmed as failed returns its deducted generation credits automatically, once. This credit restoration is distinct from a cash refund for a purchase.
A timeout or uncertain provider submission can leave a task pending because the provider might still have accepted a billable job. An ambiguous pending task is not automatically treated as a confirmed failure or automatically refunded. Check your generation history; if it remains unresolved, open a support ticket with the job identifier. Purchase disputes or requests involving payment must also be raised through support; no unconditional cash-refund promise is made here. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Inputs, permission, and responsible use
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your prompts and reference images, including permission for identifiable people's likenesses where required. Do not use the service for unlawful content, non-consensual impersonation, infringement, abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not present synthetic footage as proof of an event that did not occur.
You authorise processing of your submitted material to provide the requested generation, including transmission through AI Video API or OpenRouter to their AI processing partners. Their applicable policies and safety restrictions can affect generation. See OpenRouter's terms and the VidMake AI Privacy Policy.
Generated content and publication
You are responsible for checking output accuracy, third-party rights, advertising claims, music permissions, and each destination platform's upload and AI-disclosure requirements. VidMake AI does not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, free of third-party rights, commercially cleared, accepted by a platform, eligible for monetisation, or suitable for a particular use. It does not promise search rankings, AI recommendations, virality, or revenue.
Jobs are associated with the creating account and playback/download checks ownership. Output is streamed from the provider and may expire or become unavailable. Download a copy of completed content you wish to retain; the service is not a permanent video archive.
Changes and support
